Fashion designer Walter Van Beirendonck and museum curator Paul Huvenne collaborated on Happy Birthday Dear Academie an exhibition in MAS | Museum aan de Stroom in which they will review some of the artistic highlights of the amazing history of Antwerp's Academy.

In September and October the exhibition will be open until 6pm on Sundays. Every first Thursday of the month the exhibition will be open until 9pm. The exhibition will be closed on Mondays and on public holidays.
Happy Birthday Dear Academie
Tickets provide access to the exhibition Happy Birthday Dear Academie only. Combined tickets are available for access to all temporary and permanent exhibitions at MAS.

Museum Aan de Stroom (MAS) is situated in a vibrant neighbourhood in the north of Antwerp, known as Eilandje. MAS is situated at walking distance from the historical city centre (10 minutes along the Scheldt riverbank).

Ample bicycle parking is available near the main entrance to MAS.
Driving to MAS
MAS is easily accessible by car via some of Antwerp’s main traffic arteries. Paid parking is available at Parking Godefriduskaai (entrance at Zeevaartstraat 11).
Public transport to MAS
Arrive at Antwerp Central Railway Station. Catch bus 17 at platform 10 in Pelikaanstraat, alongside the station (stop: Van Schoonbekeplein).
By tram or bus:
- Bus 9, 17 (stop: Rijnkaai) and 30 (stop: Sint-Pietersvliet).
- Tram 7 (stop: Sint-Pietersvliet, at 5 minutes’ walk south from MAS).
