KMSKA works exclusively with J&M Catering. The full food book and all formulas for each venue can be requested from J&M.

Guided Tours
< 100 persons
For groups smaller than 100 people, we recommend guided tours in groups of up to 20 people. In The Finest Tour, a KMSKA guide leads the group through the museum and highlights the most important works of art. The fee for a guide is 95 euros. A guided tour lasts 90 minutes. Of course, we can adjust the duration and language of the tour according to your specific wishes.
> 100 persons
For groups larger than 100 people, we offer the Experts in the Room option. Here, a number of guides position themselves at fixed points in the museum. Guests enjoy a free visit and can talk to the experts without any obligation. A free visit to the museum ideally lasts 90 minutes. The fees for the experts in the room are the same as those for the guides.

Facilities
- Gifts
Would you like to give your guests a souvenir of your meeting? You will find inspiration in The Finest Museum Shop.
- Hosts
The KMSKA does not offer hosts.
- Special guests
An appearance by a well-known artist? The KMSKA is happy to think along with you. Our event manager will discuss with you which creative guest could add value to your event.
- Cloakroom
A cloakroom is available. We recommend that you provide your own staff for this.
- Counter
There is a counter you can use for registration. Also provide your own staff for this.
- Hall Rental
Security and cleaning are included in the hall rental.
- Entrance tickets
You will enjoy a 50% discount on admission tickets. An admission ticket is only 10 euro per person. We charge one ticket per attendee.
- Hall decoration
You may decorate rooms for your exclusive use. This is always done in consultation with the event manager and in accordance with the strict fire safety requirements.
- Parking
The KMSKA does not have its own car park. Your guests can park in the Q-Park Kooldok: 200 metres from the museum. You can order value cards in advance via info@q-park.be. For loading and unloading, you can use the suppliers' entrance on Schilderstraat.
Conditions
- Request receipt
For each event, we can pin two options in the calendar. An option remains valid until 8 weeks before the event.
- User agreement
For each reception, we draw up an agreement. This agreement defines the conditions within which the event is organised. By signing this user agreement, the organiser agrees to the hall regulations.
- Prices
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
- Invitations
The event manager receives the invitation for approval before it is printed and sent.
- Fire safety
KMSKA has strict requirements regarding the use of materials. Any materials you wish to use (banners, posters, etc.) must be known to the event manager in advance. They may only enter the museum with explicit permission from the event manager.
- Press
Inviting press is only possible with the approval of KMSKA.
- Guest list
Due to security requirements, please provide the guest list to the event manager at least 24 hours in advance.
- Photography
Photography during an event is allowed. However, you are responsible for hiring a photographer.
