Each quarter, the KMSKA offers a guided tour in which blind and visually impaired visitors can explore the renewed museum step by step with a guide.
In September 2026, attention goes to several modern masters who work with light and colour in a distinctive way. Together with our guide, visitors get to know a painting by Henry Van de Velde, who was not only an architect. Theo Van Rysselberghe is also included, with a portrait of Maria Sèthe, later the wife of Henry Van de Velde. Finally, a female artist is also featured: Jenny Montigny, who studied with Emile Claus.
Our museum guide brings their paintings and working methods to life through verbal descriptions and tactile materials.
