Library and Archive
The library of the Royal Museum of Fine Arts Antwerp supports research and is accessible to everyone. The archive stores information about the museum from the very beginning until now. Because of the renovation of the museum building, you can visit the library and the archive at Kievitplein, behind Central Station.
Visit
The reading room of the library and the archive are free of charge. As the workplaces are limited, we always ask you to make an appointment in advance.

Closed on public holidays and from December 21 to January 2. Books that are requested before Thursday December 17 at 9am can still be picked up on Friday December 18.

The KMSKA library contains more than 80,000 books, mainly monographs and oeuvre catalogs, exhibition and museum catalogs.
